Please remember these instructions are for everyones safety, there may be people or dogs leaving the fields or running free.
On arrival at the fields, please stay in your car with your dog secured and a member of our team will come over to you.
Do NOT leave the car until you have been seen.
Under no circumstances let your dog out of the car before you have been spoken to by an Impackt team member.
Under no circumstances open or close gates or leave the field unless accompanied or authorised by an Impackt team member.
Please also note we are a no smoking or vaping centre and no filming of the session is permitted.
If you are attending for an aggression assessment it is crucial you have your dog’s muzzle with you. Without the muzzle we may need to cancel the session and re-book. This is particularly inconvenient if you have travelled a long way.
