Authorisation and Information

Client Authorisation

You (the client) authorise Impackt to record and retain all relevant details of you and the dog(s) as detailed in the impackt pre Assessment questionnaire or email and to use the information only as reference and as necessary, whilst you continue to engage with Impackt.

You (The client) agree to entrust your dog to the care of Impackt for the duration of the sessions which will be attended by you.

Session Content and Filming

The content of the sessions and techniques used will be discussed beforehand and all care taken to protect the safety and welfare of your dog.

The Session may be filmed by an Impackt Professional and used for reference or appropriate social media content.

Clients are NOT allowed to film any part of the assessment.

Techniques and Tools

Sessions will never use unnecessarily punitive or harsh techniques – tools used will be discussed prior to the session.

Impackt Behaviour will always choose the least aversive tool or method that is necessary to modify the behaviour based on experience of helping tens of thousands of dogs. Impackt continually asses the welfare of your dog throughout the session.

You (The Client) will decide if you wish to proceed with the methods and tools suggested before they are used after full discussion.

Safety Equipment and Protocols

Safety equipment such as muzzles will be as part of the Impackt behaviour safety protocol during Aggression Assessments.

YOU (The Client) agree to abide by every aspect of the protocol which is given as part of the pre assessment questionnaire.

Aggression Therapy Dogs

If an Aggression Therapy dog or mentor dog is used to help with certain behaviours, this will also be discussed and approved prior to the session.

Impackt will make every effort to ensure the safety and welfare of your dog at all times, as a priority.

Accident, Injury and Liability

If, in the unlikely event that during the session an accident or injury to your dog, another dog, or person occurs and Impackt has taken every possible precaution to prevent this and acts with your approval after a full explanation, then Impackt will not be held liable in this event.

If in the extremely unlikely event Impackt are negligent and at fault, then public liability insurance cover is in place.

Payment Terms

Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless stated otherwise. This payment will not be lost if a postponement or cancellation is needed as long as Impackt are notified at least 48 hours prior to requesting a date change or at discretion.

The payment in advance is for the time that Impackt spends with you and the advice given based on Impackt’s experience of helping Tens of thousands of dogs.

Impackt cannot always guarantee 100% success during or after the session, however experience and testimonials will reassure you that you will get the very best advice for your dog whatever the outcome of the assessment.

Terms & Agreement

These terms and conditions should not be seen in any way as ‘disclaimers’ but rather professional terms and due diligence on behalf of Impackt Behaviour, that always prioritise the safety and wellbeing of the dog and owner.
